American Wire Group Photo and Testimonial Contest

Official Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions (these “Terms”) carefully before making a submission to the American Wire Group Photo and Testimonial Contest (the “Contest”). By making a submission (a “Submission”) to the Contest, you (the “Entrant”) agree to abide by these Terms. The Entrant acknowledges and agrees that American Wire Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Sponsor”), may disqualify any Submission that it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, violate these Terms in any way.

1.Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of the United States and its territories, Canada, Aruba, the Bahamas, Bonaire, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Grenada, Jamaica or Saint Lucia who are, as of the date on which a Submission is made (the “Submission Date”), (a) 21 years of age or older and (b) employed by a customer of the Sponsor (the “Entrant Employer”). Employees, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2.Contest Period

The Contest begins on April 1, 2026 at 12:01 AM EDT, and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”). All Submissions must be received during the Contest Period.

3.Submissions

  1. Basic Information. The Entrant must include the following information in a Submission: (i) the Entrant's full name (the “Entrant Name”), (ii) the Entrant's job title at the Entrant Employer (the “Entrant Job Title” and, together with the Entrant Name, the “Entrant Identifying Information”), (iii) the Entrant's e-mail address, (iv) the Entrant's phone number, and (v) the Entrant's residential address (collectively, the “Entrant Information”). A Submission that includes all of the Entrant Information entitles the Entrant to one entry (an “Entry”) in the Raffle (as defined below).
  2. Additional Content. In addition to the Entrant Information, the Entrant may include the following additional content regarding a project that the Sponsor completed for the Entrant Employer (a “Project”) in a Submission: (i) a Photograph of the relevant Project (a “Project Photograph”), (ii) a basic description of the relevant Project, including the industry and geographic region in which the Entrant Employer operates (a “Project Description”) and (iii) a testimonial regarding the Entrant's experience working with the Sponsor on the relevant Project (a “Project Testimonial” and, collectively with a Project Photograph and a Project Description, “Additional Content”). For each piece of Additional Content included in a Submission, the Entrant is entitled to one additional Entry, up to a total of four Entries per Submission.
  3. Multiple Entries. The Entrant is permitted to make more than one Submission. However, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any Submission or to reduce the number of Entries for which a given Submission qualifies if and to the extent that the Sponsor determines that its Entrant Information or Additional Content is duplicative or overly similar to Entrant Information or Additional Content provided in a prior Submission.

4.Submission Requirements

  1. Photographs. The Entrant shall only submit Project Photographs that are directly taken by the Entrant. The Entrant shall ensure that Project Photographs do not contain any copyrighted material, trademarks, identifiable brands, or any information that could be considered confidential or proprietary to the Entrant Employer or any other person or entity.
  2. Project Descriptions and Testimonials. All Project Descriptions and Project Testimonials must be original written content composed by the Entrant. The Entrant shall ensure that the Project Descriptions and Project Testimonials do not contain any information that could be considered confidential or proprietary to the Entrant Employer or any other person or entity.
  3. Minimum Quality Standards. The Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to determine whether any Entrant Information or Additional Content would be of insufficient quality for use in the Sponsor Purposes (as defined below) and to disqualify any Submission or to reduce the number of Entries for which a given Submission qualifies accordingly. In the event that the Sponsor disqualifies a given Submission due to quality concerns, the Sponsor shall notify the Entrant of the deficiency and provide the Entrant an opportunity to amend the Submission.

5.Intellectual Property

  1. License. The Entrant hereby grants the Sponsor a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works utilizing the Entrant Identifying Information and any Additional Content included in any Submission for promotional, marketing, and any other business purposes (collectively, “Sponsor Purposes”).
  2. Photo Release. To the extent that the Entrant is personally depicted in a Project Photograph, the Entrant hereby consents to the Sponsor using the Entrant's likeness for any Sponsor Purposes. To the extent that a Project Photograph depicts any person that is not the Entrant, the Entrant shall provide the Sponsor with such person's full name so that the Sponsor may obtain a photo release from such person.
  3. No Prize Necessary. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of this Section 5 shall apply regardless of whether the Entrant receives a Winning Notice and replies thereto.

6.Winner Selection

Following the end of the Contest Period, the Sponsor shall draw one Entry (the “Winning Entry”) at random from a pool of all Entries (the “Raffle”). If the Winning Entry is an Entry that was submitted by the Entrant, the Sponsor shall contact the Entrant using the Basic Information (a “Winning Notice”). The Entrant shall have five business days following receipt of a Winning Notice to contact the Sponsor and claim the Prize (as defined below). If the Entrant does not respond to the Winning Notice within five days of receipt, the Entrant shall be deemed to have surrendered the Winning Entry, and the Sponsor shall have no further obligations to the Entrant. If the Entrant replies to a Winning Notice within five business days following receipt thereof, the Entrant shall be considered the “Winner”.

7.Prize

The Winner shall be entitled to (a) a weekend stay and golf package at the JW Turnberry Resort & Spa in Aventura, Florida and (b) an exclusive dinner with executives of the Sponsor at a restaurant in Miami, Florida, in both cases including all reasonable costs and accommodations, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion (collectively, the “Prize”).

8.Miscellaneous

  1. Modifications. The Sponsor shall be entitled to modify the Prize, or to permit substitutions or cash alternatives, in each case in its sole and absolute discretion.
  2. Taxes. The Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with his or her receipt of the Prize.
  3. Transfer and Assignment. The Winner may not transfer or assign the Prize, or any portion thereof, without the prior written consent of the Sponsor.
  4. Release and Limitation of Liability. By making a Submission, the Entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates and subsidiaries, and any of their respective officers, directors, employees and other agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising from the Entrant's (i) participation in the Contest, (ii) receipt or non-receipt of a Winning Notice or (iii) acceptance or use of the Prize.
  5. Modifications. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time, in its sole and absolute discretion.
